No listing goes live without a human check.
The verified badge is given only after ID and licence are checked.
Every listing has a report button; reviewers follow up within 24 hours.
Mái Hiên never sells or shares phone numbers with third parties.
General rules
- Photos must show the actual home, not stock images or renders.
- State the real sale or rent price, never a bait price.
- One listing per home; duplicates are merged or hidden.
- No phone numbers, links or all caps in titles.
- Agents must choose the "Agent" role when posting.
- Violating listings are hidden and refunded; after three strikes the account can no longer post.
- Posters are responsible for their listing and their right to sell or let the home.
- Mái Hiên hosts listings; it does not buy, sell or hold deposits between parties.
- Listing fees are prepaid from the wallet; rejected listings are refunded to it.
- Mái Hiên may hide listings or lock accounts that break the listing rules.
- Mái Hiên only collects your phone, name and areas of interest to run your account.
- Your number shows only to people who tap "Show number" on your listing.
- Agent documents are used only for checks and never shown publicly.
- You can delete your account and all its data at any time under Profile.
